• Ability to assist with monthly account reconciliation

• Understanding of internal controls and financial policies
• Ability to coordinate donation box servicing
• Proficiency in recording collections into CRM

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage petty cash and handle collections from CRD and donors
• Ensure timely bank deposits of all collections
• Process daily cash and cheque transactions accurately
• Maintain records for petty cash expenditures and reimbursements
• Prepare and process payments for suppliers, vendors, and service providers
• Record all receipts and disbursements in a timely and accurate manner
• Assist with the monthly reconciliation of cash and bank accounts
• Respond to staff, vendor, and patient inquiries regarding financial transactions
• Collaborate with Finance Supervisors in preparing financial documentation for audits
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies
• Maintain the petty cash impress limit
• Prepare weekly petty expenses summaries
• Prepare daily physical cash count sheets and petty cash statements
• Coordinate donation box servicing with CRD representatives
• Record collections into the CRM
• Ensure timely deposit of all collections into the bank
• Perform other assigned tasks by the immediate Supervisor
