State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan is currently seeking dynamic and result-oriented professionals to join the Management cadre for our F&A Division. Junior to Mid-Level positions are offered on a contract basis, extendable upon satisfactory performance. Successful candidates will be based in Karachi, working in a high-impact environment that values performance, integrity, and innovation in the relevant field.

The purpose of this hiring is to support the development and implementation of an integrated digital finance system and expanding the E-Vouching module with finance-related applications. This role focuses on automating financial processes, enhancing reporting, and ensuring seamless system integration.

Job Positions Available:

• Deputy Manager (Finance & Accounts Division)
• Assistant Manager (Finance & Accounts Division)

Key Requirements:

• BB A/MBA (Finance/FinTech) or equivalent postgraduate degree in Finance/Accounting.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree (16 years of education) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline.
• Candidates possessing qualifications in both Finance and Information Technology are preferred.
• Minimum 03 years of relevant professional experience for Deputy Manager.
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant professional experience for Assistant Manager.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle APEX application development and deployment.
• Practical experience with Oracle database programming – PL/SQL, SQL & Data Modeling, RESTful API Development, financial systems/ERP, Power BI, Tableau, or business intelligence tools, and data analytics.
• Maximum age limit 45 years for all positions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• * Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Oracle APEX applications for Finance & Accounts functions including Central Accounting Unit
• * Support the implementation of banking integration solutions, including G2P and P2G payment and collection systems
• * Participate in the development and management of Budget, Tax Final Accounts, and MIS modules
• * Gather and document business requirements and translate them into system specification
• * Develop reports, dashboards, and analytical tools for management and regulatory reporting
• * Coordinate with Finance, IT, External Vendors, and banking partners for system integration and enhancements
• * Perform testing, troubleshooting, and user support activities
• * Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with regulatory and accounting requirements
