Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage all operational aspects of the branch, ensuring regulatory compliance
• Oversee product processing and maintain superior customer service standards
• Adhere to banking laws, regulations, and SOPs, including Shariah Compliance
• Process account openings and transactions efficiently, minimizing errors
• Authorize and monitor all daily financial and non-financial transactions
• Ensure secure opening and closing of branch and cash vaults
• Perform vault and GL balancing, reporting any discrepancies
• Process inward/outward clearing and inter-branch transactions
• Manage ATM related GL heads, reporting any overages or shortages
• Monitor dormant, inoperative, and unclaimed accounts
• Address customer queries and complaints effectively
• Maintain high standards of customer service
• Manage budgetary requirements, including incomes, expenses, and accruals
• Ensure branch General Ledger Heads are balanced and compliant
• Address audit requirements and implement corrective measures
• Maintain comprehensive records of daily operations
• Ensure all processes are completed within stipulated Turnaround Time (TAT)
• Perform any other assignments as directed by supervisors
