• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in the hospitality industry
• At least 5 years of experience as a General Manager of a hotel or hospitality property
• Proven track record in pre-opening, opening, and successful operationalization of new hotel properties
• Strong leadership capabilities with proven expertise in operations, financial management, commercial strategy, business development, and managing multidisciplinary teams
• Strong expertise in developing and implementing SOPs, operational strategies, service standards, and quality assurance frameworks
• Comprehensive understanding of hotel operations, revenue management, guest experience, sales, marketing, and business development
• Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth, profitability, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to work effectively with ownership, senior management, consultants, vendors, and other key stakeholders
