At least 5 years of experience as a General Manager of a hotel or hospitality property
Proven track record in pre-opening, opening, and successful operationalization of new hotel properties
Strong leadership capabilities with proven expertise in operations, financial management, commercial strategy, business development, and managing multidisciplinary teams
Strong expertise in developing and implementing SOPs, operational strategies, service standards, and quality assurance frameworks
Comprehensive understanding of hotel operations, revenue management, guest experience, sales, marketing, and business development
Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth, profitability, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction
Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
