Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work as design head, lead and manage overall design process to ensure design is delivered with time and budget
  • Oversee architectural concepts, schematic designs, and detailed drawings for hospital buildings and ancillary facilities
  • Ensure designs align with functional, aesthetic, environmental, and operational requirements
  • Collaborate with structural, MEP, biomedical, and landscape teams to integrate multidisciplinary inputs
  • Liaise with contractors, consultants, and local authorities to secure approvals and permits
  • Review tender drawings, BOQs, and specifications
  • Provide design clarification, approvals, and site support during construction phase
  • Maintain accurate records of revisions, approvals, and as-built drawings
  • Develop and implement organizational communication strategy
  • Manage internal and external communications, media relations, and PR activities
  • Oversee content creation for press releases, newsletters, website, and social media
  • Oversee branding, corporate communications and narrative building
  • Liaise with media houses, stakeholders, and partner organizations
  • Masters in HR/Management/Public Administration or related
  • End to end recruitment cycle
  • Managing daily HR Operation including onboarding, filing, and attendance and payroll inputs
  • Implementation of HR policies and best practices

  • CA/ACCA/ACMA/CPA/CMA or MBA (Finance) from HEC-recognized University
  • Minimum 05 years experience in financial reporting, accounting, or audit, preferably in healthcare, academic, public sector, or donor-funded organizations
  • Proven experience in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Strong command over IFRS / IPSAS, statutory, and regulatory reporting, and audit coordination
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS / IPSAS, statutory, and regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate internal and external audits and address audit observations
  • Develop and maintain financial reporting policies, SOPs, and disclosures
  • Analyze financial data, trends, and variances for management reporting
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
  • Liaise with auditors, regulators, and senior management
  • Strengthen internal controls and reporting accuracy
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts in coordination with the consultants
  • Provide actuals vs budget along with detailed reasoning for variations
  • BE/BSc Engineering in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering from HEC-recognized University
  • PEC registration
  • Minimum 1 year post-qualification experience in development sector, communications, media coordination, content development and narrative building
  • Assist JMC (CEO and Services Dept) in execution of communication strategies
  • Assist in content creation for social media, website, newsletters, and press releases
  • Coordinate with media representatives and internal departments
  • Manage social media postings and monitor engagement metrics
  • Assist in event coverage, documentation, and promotional activities
  • Maintain communication records, archives, and mailing lists
  • Support branding and corporate communication initiatives
  • Assist in design process, architectural concepts, schematic designs and detailed drawings for hospital buildings, research labs and ancillary facilities
  • Liaise with contractors, consultants and local authorities to secure approvals and permits
