We are looking for highly qualified candidates to fill vacancies in Senior Specialist Policy & Research, Contract Management Specialist, and Quality Assurance Specialist. Successful applicants will play a key role in advancing the project's goals and ensuring effective implementation.

Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Senior Specialist Policy & Research: At least 18 years of education in social sciences (economics, public policy, public administration), or related fields; PhD preferred. Eight years of experience in impact evaluations, research, econometrics, and causal inference. Proficiency in Stata/R/Python.
- Contract Management Specialist: 16 years of education in Public/Business Administration, Commerce, Contract Law, or Project Management; Degree in Procurement/Contract-Management/Supply Chain Management accorded due weightage. Additionally, Procurement Specialist jobs in Karachi are available for qualified candidates. At least 08 years of experience in contract management, knowledge of contract law, and negotiation.
- Quality Assurance: Bachelor's degree (16 years) in Software Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field; QA certifications a plus. At least five (05) years of experience in QA for large Software Systems infrastructure, including software development and database management. Expertise in various programming languages and SQL.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct impact evaluations end-to-end, from design to dissemination, preferably in social protection
- Perform empirical research and publish findings
- Analyze data using econometric and statistical tools
- Provide expertise in causal inference and experimental designs
- Manage contract assignments
- Ensure compliance with contract law and procurement regulations
- Negotiate contracts and resolve disputes
- Work as a Quality Assurance specialist for large Software Systems infrastructure
- Develop and manage software applications
- Test web-based and mobile enterprise applications
