Duties and Responsibilities:
- Generate the purchase orders and manage their traceability within COUPA
- Reconcile and control invoices from key suppliers (CORA)
- Conduct verification of payment statuses with suppliers
- Generate the requests to link accounting accounts with associated commodities
- Coordinate international shipments
- Manage the digital signing of documents
- Handle supplier invoices held by CORA
- Coordinate with the courier service regarding the requirements for the shipment of correspondence and/or procedures based on the needs of the areas
- Handle the logistics for events and/or meetings
- Validate, quote and generate purchase orders for the acquisition of materials and/or elements required in meetings
- Provide support and clarification of doubts for the use of applications and/or requests such as: travel, legalization of expenses, event logistics, etc
- Coordinate visitor transfers to WL4 (Security/She)
- Manage various quotes with suppliers for the purchase of supplies, services, or products to meet the needs of the internal client
