Skills

• Perform specialized hematology testing including flow cytometry, MRD, lymphocyte subset, ALPS, platelet glycoprotein, osmotic fragility, and CD4 testing
• Conduct daily quality control, EQA, CAP proficiency testing, and instrument maintenance
• Ensure timely processing and reporting of tests while adhering to SOPs and safety standards
• Perform technical troubleshooting of laboratory instruments and coordinate with vendor teams
• Maintain reagents, kits, consumables, inventory, and departmental data
