Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure all personnel records are properly maintained and up-to-date
- Manage the Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
- Hire staff according to budgeted positions and project needs
- Proactively follow up on vacant and new positions to ensure optimal staffing levels
- Coordinate staff orientation to organizational policies and procedures
- Maintain personnel files of all employees in the prescribed format, organized by project
- Structure and maintain staff timesheets and leave records, developing monthly attendance reports
- Ensure adherence to staff benefits and remuneration packages
- Support supervisors in planning and organizing recruitment activities for emergency response timelines
- Prepare monthly payroll workings in coordination with relevant departments
- Issue management letters to employees/staff in accordance with project activities
- Prepare periodic HR reports and attendance reports
- Register new employees for EOBI and generate monthly vouchers
- Receive and address staff queries regarding compliance and disciplinary protocols
- Manage the employee exit procedure for all resigning employees
- Undertake any other tasks assigned by the Supervisor or Management
