• Job Title: Manager (Security)
• Location: Pakistan
• Employment Type: Contract
• Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in relevant field, minimum 8 years of experience in security management, crisis management, and coordination with authorities.
• Age Limit: Maximum 40 years

Skills

• Minimum Four (04) years Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Business/ Public Administration, Security Management, Social Sciences, or related field from a reputed HEC-recognized University
• Minimum 8 years of overall relevant experience preferably in security, administration, intelligence, operations, leading security teams, managing sensitive facilities, developing security SOPs, conducting risk assessments, emergency drills, and incident management, and coordination with Government, law-enforcement, and civil administration authorities
• Training/certification in Security/ Crisis Management, Fire & Safety, Disaster Management, or Business Continuity will be an advantage
• Maximum Age Limit: 40 years

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the reliable, secure, and efficient operation of Pakistan's power system and electricity market
• Contributing to excellence in system operations, market development, and optimum utilization of resources
• Providing a professional and rewarding work environment for employees
• Managing security operations and developing security SOPs
• Conducting risk assessments and emergency drills
• Coordinating with Government, law-enforcement, and civil administration authorities
