Partner with owners of other division configuration systems and electrical installation design systems to ensure seamless architectural alignment
Maintain continuous alignment with Information Systems of all divisions to ensure robust support for Configuration and Documentation
Collaborate with business subject matter experts to identify requirements, build specifications, model business processes, and develop strong business cases
Identify areas for improvement in business processes, applying Agile and Digital methodologies
Lead change management activities for new tool deployments and expertly manage IT contracts and subcontractor coordination
Troubleshoot, implement enhancements, and provide on-going tracking and monitoring of system performance
Ensure all activities strictly comply with Security, Export Control, and Personal Data regulations
Formalize, consolidate, and drive the development of the information system while building a comprehensive internal knowledge base
