Key Positions Available:

• Senior Manager / Manager (Talent Development): Bachelor's or Master's in HR Management with 8-15 years of relevant experience.
• Sr. Deputy Manager / Deputy Manager (Talent Acquisition): Bachelor's or Master's in HR Management with 5-10 years of relevant experience.
• DM (Tax & Costing): ACMA/ACCA/ACA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
• AM (Invoices): ACMA (Finalist)/ACCA (Finalist)/CA (Finalist)/MBA (Finance) or M.Com with over 3 years of experience.

Essential Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management or Finance-related fields.
• Professional certifications like ACMA, ACCA, CA, or MBA.
• Demonstrated experience in core HR functions or financial management.
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant ERP systems.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, and onboarding
• Coordinating with hiring managers
• Ensuring compliance with recruitment policies and labor laws
• Experience in Income Tax and Sales Tax Returns reconciliation
• Liaison with tax authorities and consultants
• Expertise in costing and variance analysis
• Accounts Receivable Management
• Maintaining customer GL and resolving discrepancies
