Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver antenatal care (ANC) and postnatal care (PNC)
- Support family planning counseling and service provision
- Provide post-abortion care (PAC) and general reproductive health support
- Ensure safe delivery practices and promote facility-based childbirth
- Refer women and girls showing signs of mental distress to facility-based psychologists
- Support joint activities like group counselling sessions, awareness campaigns, and referrals from Community Welfare Committees (CWCs)
- Educate women during routine check-ups on Nutrition (especially mother and child), Breastfeeding and new-born care, Menstrual hygiene and safe practices
- Support in the distribution and tracking of Clean Delivery Kits, New born Baby Kits & ANC/PNC/PAC supplies and equipment
- Maintain close collaboration with Community Mobilizers for referrals
- Ensure timely, confidential, and respectful referrals to Women-Friendly Spaces (WFS) and other support services (GBV, legal aid, psychosocial care)
- Maintain accurate client records, ensure data entry in patient registers
- Contribute to service utilization reports, client satisfaction surveys, and data quality audits
- Any other task assigned by the Supervisor
