• Conduct reporting requirements analysis, system risk analysis, and software reliability analysis of programs
• Ensure applications and reports are designed on time and fulfill reporting requirements

• Set up and maintain documentation and standards, and generate reports as requested by the supervisor
• Configure and maintain database servers and processes, including monitoring of system health and performance
• Analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time, providing problem resolution end-to-end
