Skills

• Ability to perform bed-to-bed shift handover
• Proficiency in documenting patient information in HMIS
• Skill in evaluating patient needs and arranging supplies
• Competence in providing direct patient care
• Adherence to IHHN policies and procedures
• Ability to assess new patients and monitor vital signs
• Skill in checking Fetal Heart sound with Fetoscope/Sonic Cade

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Report on duty as per schedule and confirm assigned areas
• Check inventory of assigned areas and report deficiencies
• Conduct bed-to-bed shift handover, including patient status, medications, and pending tasks
• Document patient handover in HMIS and address urgent concerns
• Evaluate each patient's needs for supplies, medication, labs, and food
• Provide direct patient care in a calm and considerate manner
• Ensure quality care by adhering to IHHN policies and procedures
• Assess new patients on arrival, monitor vital signs, height, and weight
• Document patient information in HMIS for all OPD, ER, IPD, and LDR patients
• Check Fetal Heart sound using Fetoscope/Sonic Cade and document in HMIS
• Inform duty doctor for review of patient conditions
