  • Working with government, UN System, international organizations or in private sector on urban planning at managerial or senior technical levels
  • Providing guidance and steering process to formulate Urban Strategies National & Regional Policies, Plans, and Programs & Projects Related to urban development
  • Demonstrated experience of conducting similar assignment(s) in the past would be an asset
  • Master's/BS 16 years' education in Urban & Regional Planning/City & Regional Planning, Civil Engineering from HEC recognized University
  • At-least 5 years of post-qualification experience
  • Facilitate the introduction of innovative, simple and systemic monitoring and evaluation tools to enable data collection and analysis of programme results, including across work areas
