How to Apply for Naib Qasid:

• Application Portal: Eligible candidates can submit their applications online through the official National Job Portal (NJP) at njp.gov.pk. Please ensure no hard copy is entertained for the initial application.
• Interview Scheduling: Registered candidates will be notified and scheduled for interviews. These will be conducted at FGEI (Cantts/ Garrisons) Regional Office, Aziz Ahamad Road, Quetta Cantt.
• Interview Dates:
  • For Lab Attendant & Chowkidar: November 24, 2026 (Tuesday), from 09 AM to 04 PM.
  • For Naib Qasid & Sanitary Worker: November 25, 2026 (Wednesday), from 09 AM to 04 PM.
• Required Documents for Interview: Candidates appearing for the interview must bring original documents, including one fresh passport-size photograph, Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC), domicile certificate, and educational certificates, all attested.
• Age Relaxation: Maximum age limit relaxation is permissible as per government rules. Specific relaxations are provided for candidates from Balochistan, retired officials, and individuals with disabilities.
• Incomplete Applications: Incomplete applications or applications without verification of domicile and academic credentials will not be considered.
• Eligibility Criteria: Government servants must apply through the proper channel and present a Fresh No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their department at the time of interview.
• Disqualified Candidates: Any candidate found holding dual domicile or applying from another province (unless specified) will be disqualified immediately. Dismissed or removed employees are ineligible.
• False Information: Providing false or bogus information at any stage may lead to termination and legal action.
• Quotas: 10% quota for Women and 05 quotas for Minorities are reserved. If suitable candidates are not available, posts may be filled through open merit.
• TA/DA: No Travel Allowance or Daily Allowance will be admissible for the written test or interview.
