Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college.
Candidates having Master's degree / Islamic Banking certification / degree or diploma will be preferred.
Minimum 04 years of banking experience, out of which at least 06 months in sales (for Branch Manager roles).
Minimum 02 years of banking experience (for Teller roles).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in relevant software and banking systems.

Duties and Responsibilities:

To ensure all accounts are processed accurately and efficiently
To manage daily operations of the branch, including customer service and transaction processing
To prepare financial statements and reports as required
To maintain compliance with banking regulations and internal policies
To assist in the supervision and training of branch staff
To ensure the security of branch assets and customer data
To handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively
To facilitate cash and deposit management for the branch
To oversee the opening and closing of branch operations on predefined bank timings
To ensure all audit observations are addressed (both internal and external)
To supervise the branch's administrative and operational staff
To facilitate locker operations and ensure proper record-keeping of locker registers
To ensure safe custody of Security & Financial documents
To prepare monthly/quarterly annual statements pertaining to advances/investment parked at branch
To maintain confidentiality and transparency in maintaining/handling of credit portfolio
To supervise daily reconciliation of accounts and ensure timely daily checking of DTRs
To ensure all processes are completed within the specified TAT
To perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s)
