- Manage NDRMF's Gender & Development (GAD) function
- Lead gender mainstreaming across institutional operations and project portfolio
- Implement approved GAD Policy and Strategy
- Ensure effective integration of gender safeguards throughout the project cycle
- Maintain compliance with applicable policies, institutional requirements, and international good practices
