Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure all staff members adhere to personal hygiene and dress code standards
• Assure quality of care by maintaining therapeutic standards and measuring health outcomes
• Resolve patient problems and needs through multidisciplinary team strategies
• Ensure general cleanliness of the ward and coordinate housekeeping staff

• Continuously observe patient progress and report changes to RMOs
• Ensure accurate reporting and documentation of vital signs, medication administration, and intake/output
• Supervise preparation of patients for operative procedures
• Assist residents/consultants in various medical and surgical procedures
• Carry out patient admission and discharge procedures and maintain records accordingly
• Ensure the collection and sending of specimens to the laboratory for testing
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the management
