Officer, Clinical Operation at Indus Hospital & Health Network

We have an immediate opening for the post of Officer, Clinical Operation.

  • Coordinate with triage nurses for prompt patient processing
  • Assist in emergency admissions and transfers
  • Guide patients and attendants regarding ER procedures
  • Provide timely updates to attendants on process flow
  • Assist elderly, critical, or special-needs patients
  • Liaise with ER physicians, nursing staff, diagnostics, pharmacy, and billing teams
  • Coordinate urgent investigations and facilitate service delivery
  • Inform relevant departments about critical cases and bed requirements
  • Support ambulance case documentation and referrals
  • Receive and document patient/attendant complaints
  • Escalate issues to ER Coordinator or relevant authority
  • Maintain professional demeanor in high-stress situations
  • Promote a safety-first culture and enforce infection control protocols
  • Ensure adherence to hospital policies, service excellence standards, and confidentiality

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with triage nurses for prompt patient processing
  • Assist in emergency admissions and transfers to IPD/ICU when required
  • Guide patients and attendants regarding ER procedures and policies
  • Provide timely updates to attendants regarding process flow
  • Assist elderly, critical, or special-needs patients within ER premises
  • Liaise with ER physicians, nursing staff, diagnostics, pharmacy, and billing teams
  • Coordinate urgent investigations and facilitate smooth service delivery
  • Inform relevant departments regarding critical cases and bed requirements
  • Support ambulance case documentation and referrals
  • Receive and document patient/attendant complaints
  • Escalate issues to ER Coordinator or relevant authority promptly
  • Ensure timely follow-up and closure of concerns
