Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions/departments, from requisition to onboarding
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and ideal candidate profiles
- Source potential candidates via job portals, social media, newspapers, employee referrals, and networking
- Conduct initial screenings, longlisting/shortlisting candidates, and schedule interviews
- Coordinate with designated panels for interview scheduling and assessments
- Ensure position requisitions (PRFs) are processed after budget validation
- Coordinate pre-employment medicals, periodic employee medicals, and maintain records
- Prepare and issue timely job offer letters, appointment letters, and complete onboarding documentation and personnel files
- Manage the employee personnel files record room
- Maintain a database of approved vacancies and current hiring status
- Provide regular recruitment updates and reports to management
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition
- Coordinate induction/orientation sessions in collaboration with Learning & Development
- Collect and verify new hire documents, ensuring timely data entry into HMIS and preparation of personnel files
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles
- Represent The Indus Hospital in job fairs, recruitment drives, and hiring events
- Promote The Indus Hospital as an employer of choice to attract and retain top talent
- Maintain and update recruitment records, candidate database, dashboards, position tracker, headcount statistics, and metrics
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Ensure adherence to recruitment policies, standard operating procedures, and audit and HR authorities' matrix
- Maintain complete documentation for all recruitment processes and audit requirements
- Support internal and external audits related to recruitment activities
- Perform any other task assigned by the immediate supervisor that is commensurate with your knowledge and skills
