  • Coordinate pre-employment medicals, periodic employee medicals, and maintain records
  • Prepare and issue timely job offer letters, appointment letters, and complete onboarding documentation and personnel files
  • Manage the employee personnel files record room
  • Maintain a database of approved vacancies and current hiring status
  • Provide regular recruitment updates and reports to management
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition
  • Coordinate induction/orientation sessions in collaboration with Learning & Development
  • Collect and verify new hire documents, ensuring timely data entry into HMIS and preparation of personnel files
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles
