  • Review technical reports, temperature charts, and data sheets
  • Comply with regulatory guidelines and revise laboratory procedures as necessary
  • Supervise training and development of blood center staff
  • Participate in departmental programs for quality assurance and improvement
  • Manage and organize camps by participating in planning, motivation, and donor counseling
  • Supervise blood donor collection at blood drives
  • Ensure continued accreditation of the laboratory as a member of the Accreditation Team
  • Represent The Indus Hospital Blood Center professionally at all times
  • Interact and communicate effectively with blood bank staff, corporate partners, and service partners
  • Perform any other task assigned by the Hospital administration
