• Skills in managing patient flow
• Proficiency in tracking real-time bed availability
• Capability to coordinate patient placements
• Strong communication and liaison skills between departments
• Understanding of patient care unit requirements
• Commitment to patient safety and timely care delivery

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Optimize hospital capacity by managing patient flow
• Track real-time bed availability across the hospital
• Coordinate patient placements to appropriate units
