Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet all patients and their attendants courteously and respond promptly and accurately to inquiries
• Provide basic information regarding eligibility and benefits under the Sehat Sahulat Program (SSP)
• Assist patients and attendants with the registration and admission process
• Help verify patient eligibility using the SSP verification system
• Ensure patients present valid identification documents such as CNIC or other required credentials
• Direct ineligible or incomplete cases to the relevant SSP officer for further guidance
• Collect and organize patient documents required for SSP processing
• Enter patient information accurately into the hospital information system and SSP portal
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of SSP patient records
• Coordinate with SSP officers and hospital departments regarding patient documentation and case processing
• Ensure timely communication regarding patient admissions and approvals
• Manage patient flow at the SSP desk to ensure orderly and efficient service
