Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Pharmacists for handover protocols and provide daily reports
• Supervise unit-dose drug dispensation and distribution
• Review patient profiles and CPOE to prevent drug interactions
• Liaise with physicians for order inaccuracies or medicine unavailability
• Ensure accurate requisition issuance and prompt medication delivery
• Monitor and manage inventory stock levels, suggesting adjustments
• Receive goods from the Pharmacy store, conduct physical checks, and shelve stock
• Provide current and accurate drug information to healthcare professionals
• Maintain drug information records according to specified protocols
• Prepare monthly reports on stock status, detailing movement and expiry details
• Arrange monthly inspections of nursing units and clinics for proper storage and distribution
• Provide technical and administrative support, and conduct staff training
• Ensure high alert medications are labeled and precautions are provided
• Prepare and present on various topics for CMEs
• Document and report interventions and drug information to management
• Monitor temperatures and maintain related documentation accurately
• Provide management with regular updates and monthly KPI reports
• Perform all assigned tasks by Manager/Assistant Manager Pharmacy Services
