Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and manage patients in various hospital settings
• Propose accurate diagnoses using comprehensive medical data
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans under supervision
• Perform clinical procedures within defined training and credentialing limits
• Participate actively in ward rounds and case presentations
• Ensure timely and accurate patient documentation
• Respond effectively to medical emergencies and code blue situations
• Escalate complex patient cases to Consultants as needed
• Provide on-call coverage according to the established duty roster
• Stabilize patients and coordinate necessary referrals
• Collaborate with nursing and allied health professionals for seamless patient care
• Counsel patients and their families, obtaining informed consent for treatments
• Monitor patient progress and adapt treatment plans as conditions change
• Ensure appropriate allocation of time and resources for patient care processes
• Provide clinical guidance and enforce adherence to hospital guidelines and SOPs
• Participate in clinical audits and morbidity/mortality meetings
• Uphold infection prevention and patient safety standards
• Facilitate high-quality care and enhance patient experience through teamwork
• Ensure all patient care complies with regulatory standards
• Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, patients, and attendants
• Maintain strict confidentiality and privacy of patient information
