Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and manage patients in OPD, IPD, ER, ICU, or specialty units
• Develop and implement treatment plans under Consultant supervision
• Perform clinical procedures within scope of training and credentialing
• Participate in ward rounds and case discussions
• Respond to medical emergencies and code blue situations
• Provide on-call coverage as per duty roster
• Coordinate with nursing and allied health teams for patient care
• Counsel patients and their families and obtain informed consent
• Monitor patients’ progress and modify treatment plans
• Ensure adherence with hospital clinical guidelines and SOPs
• Participate in clinical audits, morbidity and mortality meetings
• Follow infection prevention and patient safety standards
• Participate in CME, research initiatives and case presentations
• Receive ongoing training to maintain essential certifications (e.g., BLS, ACLS, ATLS)
