Skills

• Proficiency in all plumbing repair and maintenance tasks
• Experience with tube well and pump operations
• Knowledge of washroom fittings, geyser, and fire pumping system maintenance
• Ability to manage submersible pumps during flooding
• Understanding of domestic water supply and septic tank maintenance
• Capability to conduct daily checks and corrections of washroom facilities
• Skill in cleaning pump rooms and equipment
• Competence in complaint management

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform all assigned repair and maintenance plumbing works within the hospital
• Oversee the operations and maintenance of tube wells and their associated pumps
• Conduct repairs and maintenance for washroom fittings, hot water geysers, and the fire pumping system
• Operate submersible pumps effectively during rain water flooding and manage seepages
• Dispose of plumbing scrap through the designated channels
• Ensure the proper functioning of domestic water supply, hot and cold water systems, and maintain septic tank levels
• Conduct daily rounds of all general washrooms and address any necessary replacements or repairs
• Maintain cleanliness of pump rooms and equipment, and manage incoming complaints efficiently
