• For Cardiac Surgery: 2 years training completion certificate in Surgery for FCPS-II Cardiac Surgery.
• For Cardiac Anaesthesia: 2 years training completion certificate in General Anaesthesia for FCPS-II Cardiac Anaesthesia.
• For M.Sc Cardiac Anaesthesia: MCPS Anaesthesia / DA Anaesthesia is required.
• Candidates with foreign qualifications must submit HEC / PMC equivalency certificates.
