Skills

• 1-3 years of experience as a process operator or relevant internship
• Knowledge of work permits, TRA, RI&E, and safety rounds
• Experience with control rooms is a plus
• Accurate and proactive work approach
• Ability to work independently on complex tasks
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ambition in safety and willingness for further training

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensuring safe and efficient operation of process installations during the beet campaign
• Coordinating work permits outside of production periods
• Operating and monitoring processes from the control room
• Optimizing process components and ensuring product continuity
• Assisting with the preparation of permits and TRA (Task Risk Analysis)
• Conducting safety rounds and task risk analyses
• Handling notifications and monitoring compliance
• Collaborating with maintenance technicians and production staff
• Reporting deviations and improvement suggestions for process and safety optimization
