Skills

• Minimum 5 years of product development experience in men's apparel firms
• Direct experience with Far East suppliers (China, Bangladesh) for technical specs and sampling
• Strong technical knowledge of men's apparel fabrics, constructions, and finishes
• Ability to assess fit and measurements with precision
• Excellent command of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Clear and constructive communication skills with teams and suppliers
• Excellent written and spoken English proficiency
• Operational autonomy, accuracy, and organizational skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assess technical feasibility of garments, identifying criticalities in fabrics, constructions, and processes
• Propose solutions aligned with brand identity and quality standards
• Manage technical development phases, prototyping, fitting, and measurement checks
• Translate sample feedback into modification instructions and verify subsequent revisions
• Monitor production progress against collection deadlines and budgets
• Report delays, deviations, and contribute to corrective action planning
• Create and update technical sheets based on style office inputs
• Manage technical and operational dialogue with relevant suppliers
• Oversee development and progression of labeling and packaging accessories
