Skills

• Over 15 years of experience as a Senior Pattern Maker, ideally in technical apparel, motorcycle gear, sportswear, or performance apparel
• Excellent knowledge of garment construction, pattern making, and sewing techniques, capable of handling highly technical products
• Solid experience managing fittings, assessing fit, proportions, and anatomical challenges in both static and dynamic conditions

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop patterns for technical and protective clothing, translating design and product development input into pattern solutions aligned with brand quality, construction, ergonomic, and performance standards
• Create and refine pattern drafts, adjustments, and modifications, ensuring correct garment construction and fit throughout the development phases
• Oversee the complete prototyping process, from the initial prototype to final validation and industrialization, maintaining model consistency
• Manage and support fitting sessions and fit analysis, identifying critical issues and proposing technical improvements
• Ensure pattern consistency with the brand's defined anatomical and fit standards, contributing to their review and evolution as needed
• Collaborate on the proper integration of protections, functional inserts, and technical components within garments, ensuring correct positioning and compatibility with fit, ergonomics, and freedom of movement
• Define, maintain, and update technical documentation related to patterns, ensuring clarity and consistency of information for prototyping and production
• Work closely with Design and Product Development to achieve quality standards, development timelines, and industrialization objectives
• Actively contribute to the innovation of pattern-making processes, constructions, and fitting methodologies to enhance product performance, comfort, quality, and repeatability
