• Salary Range: €2900 - €3300 gross per month (including 12.5% shift allowance)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and start operations according to the production schedule, including machine disinfection, setup, and material staging
• Monitor raw and auxiliary materials and manage waste disposal
• Ensure adherence to hygiene and quality standards as per the quality handbook
• Accurately complete production forms and process orders in the Reflex system
• Dismantle machines and maintain a clean workstation
• Coordinate and guide colleagues on the braadline
