Application Instructions for Professor Positions at University of Narowal

Follow these steps to apply for the Professor positions at the University of Narowal:

1. 👉 Ensure your application reaches the Office of the Registrar, University of Narowal, no later than December 23, 2025, by 04:00 PM. Applications must be submitted via courier service. Hand-delivered applications will not be accepted.
2. 📝 Download the Job Application Form from the University of Narowal website: www.uon.edu.pk. Only application forms downloaded from the UON website will be accepted.
3. ✅ Prepare six (06) complete sets of your application dossier. Each set should be duly signed. Include four (04) DVDs containing soft copies of all credentials, labeled as academic credentials, experience certificates, and publications.
4. 📑 Your application dossier MUST include the following:
   • Attested copies of all degrees.
   • Both sides of Transcripts/Detailed Marks Certificates (DMCs).
   • Experience Certificates (duly verified by the respective employer/s).
   • Recent Curriculum Vitae (CV).
   • No Objection Certificate (NOC) (if applicable).
   • Domicile Certificate.
   • National Identity Card (CNIC).
   • Recent passport-size photographs.
   • Verified degrees/transcripts/certificates/marks sheets from HEC/respective Boards.
5. ✔️ Ensure all Experience Certificates are duly verified, signed, and stamped by the Employer's/Authorities/Institute's authorized signatory.
6. 🏦 Pay the non-refundable application processing fee of Rs. 3000/- for the Professor (BS-21) position by depositing an original Bank Challan/Deposit slip in any Bank of Punjab branch, Account No.: 6510222875800028. Attach the original paid challan receipt with your application; applications without it will be rejected. Bank Drafts, Pay Orders, Cheques, or Postal Orders are NOT acceptable.
7. ✉️ Clearly write the name of the post you are applying for on the top side of the envelope.
8. ✉️ Candidates who applied against previous advertisement (IPL No. 2858) in 2025 don't need to apply afresh. However, if they want to update their qualification/experience, they may send an updated dossier along with the copy of the previous paid challan receipt.
9. 💼 Applicants currently employed in Government, Semi-Government, and Autonomous Bodies (including University of Narowal Employees) must apply through the proper channel and attach a NOC along with the application.
