Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support district-level implementation, coordination, and monitoring of ICCM activities
• Coordinate with government departments, health facilities, and other stakeholders
• Support planning and organization of meetings, trainings, and workshops
• Assist with CHW mapping, deployment, training, and record maintenance
• Collect, compile, enter, and manage ICCM data using approved tools and reporting systems
• Compile and review monthly reports from CHWs and health facilities
• Analyze program data, track key indicators, and prepare regular reports
• Review and verify data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency
• Conduct data validation and supportive supervisory visits
• Verify reported commodity utilization against stock records
• Maintain organized electronic and physical records of program activities
• Support preparation of work plans, budgets, and progress reports
• Provide orientation and technical support to staff on data collection and reporting
• Share regular updates on program progress, data, gaps, and challenges with the supervisor
