Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage project budget in alignment with financial guidelines
• Oversee planning, implementation, and monitoring of provincial activities
• Provide strategic oversight to sub-grantees and project teams
• Ensure activity monitoring, policies, and KPIs are in place and reviewed
• Establish performance indicators and conduct periodic evaluations
• Prepare and share quality progress reports with donors and senior management
• Develop and execute project strategies aligned with national and provincial policies
• Liaise with donors and stakeholders to enhance service delivery
• Engage with provincial and district health authorities for support
• Organize and facilitate dissemination workshops for best practices
• Ensure compliance with donor and IHHN protocols for service delivery
• Manage human resources, including community health workers and project staff
• Coordinate with government stakeholders (EPI, DoH, PPHI), donors, and partners
• Ensure efficient deployment and management of personnel
• Provide personnel counseling, mentorship, and on-job coaching
• Involve in planning and execution of new initiatives
• Represent Indus at various forums, platforms, and institutions
• Lead large-scale health interventions and manage multi-disciplinary teams
