Duties and Responsibilities:

• Liaise with physicians, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals regarding patient assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation
• Prescribe, measure, cast, design, fabricate, fit, align, and modify prosthetic and orthotic devices according to individual patient requirements
• Educate patients and caregivers regarding the correct use, donning/doffing, maintenance, hygiene, safety, and care of prosthetic and orthotic appliances
• Monitor patients’ progress and arrange follow-up assessments to evaluate fit, function, comfort, skin condition, and overall clinical outcomes
• Identify and address device-related problems and coordinate timely repairs, adjustments, replacements, or modifications
• Ensure that prosthetic and orthotic devices are produced and delivered according to prescribed specifications and required quality and safety standards
