• IT Associate: Minimum 16 years of education in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in computer hardware and software troubleshooting, network administration, and MS Office.
• District Coordinator: Minimum 16 years of education in Management Sciences, Public & Business Administration, Social Sciences, Health Sciences, Computer Science, Humanities or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Tehsil Coordinator: Minimum 16 years of education in Management Sciences, Public & Business Administration, Social Sciences, Health Sciences, Computer Science, Humanities or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Complaint Handling Agent: Minimum 16 years of education in Social Sciences, Sciences, Information Technology, Management or related field, with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
• Office Boy: Literate, with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.

• The selected districts for the program are Bahawalnagar, Bhakkar, Chiniot, Dera Ghazi Khan, Kot Addu, Layyah, Lodhran, Mianwali, Muzaffargarh, Rahim Yar Khan, Rajanpur, Taunsa, Vehari.
