• Proficiency in preparing and reviewing Material Inspection Requests (MIRs)

• Proficiency in preparing and reviewing checklists
• Proficiency in preparing and reviewing testing reports
• Proficiency in preparing and reviewing commissioning documentation
• Ability to inspect MEP works and ensure compliance with approved shop drawings
• Ability to inspect MEP works and ensure compliance with project specifications

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Inspect the installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems including AHUs, FCUs, ductwork, chilled-water piping, ventilation systems, insulation, and related equipment
• Inspect the installation, testing, and commissioning of plumbing systems including domestic water supply, drainage, sanitary piping, pumps, water tanks, fixtures, and pressure testing
• Inspect the installation, testing, and commissioning of firefighting systems including fire hydrant, sprinkler, fire hose reel, fire pumps, firefighting piping, pressure testing
• Prepare and review all required QA/QC documentation for MEP systems
• Conduct site inspections to ensure MEP works comply with all relevant project requirements and standards
• Coordinate MEP inspections effectively with all relevant stakeholders, including consultants and contractors
