• Ensure adherence to clinical SOPs for work procedures and technical specifications required by the hospital
• Provide comprehensive medical support to team members to facilitate swift and effective patient management
• Maintain mandatory documentation of patient medical information
• Ensure proper handover of patients at the end of each shift
• Uphold a professional and polite doctor-patient approach at all times to thoroughly understand patient problems
• Adhere to the dress code as stipulated by human resources
