Duties and Responsibilities:

• Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly/yearly sales targets in account opening and deposit generation
• Deepen deposits and consumer financing (Mortgage/Auto Financing)
• Manage dormant accounts through activation and digital app engagement
• Cross-sell and upsell to existing customers to achieve targets
• Plan and execute daily customer visits for new and existing clients
• Participate in periodic Mass Customer Contact Drives and Market Storming activities
• Acquire thorough knowledge of banking products and competitive analysis for sales pitches
• Resolve customer queries and issues efficiently
• Ensure completion of all mandatory and regulatory requirements for account opening and product sales
• Ensure all audit requirements and observations are addressed
• Maintain all related files and documentation comprehensively
• Ensure all processes are followed within the specified TAT
• Ensure compliance with Banking Laws, Regulations, Banking Instructions, and SOPs
• Perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor
