Duties and Responsibilities:

• Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for deposits, wealth management, and consumer products
• Acquire new-to-bank Affluent / Priority customers
• Manage and strengthen relationships with high-value customer portfolios
• Conduct regular market visits and business development activities
• Ensure strong coordination with branch teams and support functions
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing queries promptly
• Maintain all files and documentation related to daily business operations
• Ensure compliance with Banking Laws, instructions, regulations, and procedures
• Ensure shariah compliant environment is maintained at Islamic Banking windows
• Complete all processes within the specified TAT
• Follow all SOPs as per policies and procedure of the Bank
