Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead PMU-Solar oversight of civil and structural works for utility-scale PV/BESS sites
• Ensure structural suitability of rooftop PV components
• Monitor civil and structural activities for PV mounting systems and foundations
• Review consultant/contractor geotechnical, foundation, and structural assessments
• Monitor materials, workmanship, and field testing
• Ensure rooftop structural suitability and safe mounting arrangements
• Coordinate with W&PD GB for land, access roads, and grid-infrastructure civil works
• Review civil progress, measurement evidence, and contractor documentation
• Support civil works close-out, as-built documentation, and handover
