Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize security personnel shifts
• Survey hospital premises to ensure security personnel alertness
• Ensure all orders and instructions from the Team Lead are implemented
• Assign and supervise duties to Security Guards
• Supervise and maintain discipline among security staff
• Recommend personnel for hiring, confirmation, promotion, and removal
• Manage leaves and attendance for staff
• Develop and implement monthly duty rosters and schedules
• Ensure all security incidents are immediately reported
• Liaise with the Security Officer for efficient duty execution
• Perform all tasks assigned by the Supervisor/management
