• Provide overall strategic leadership and policy direction to the Inclusive Development Group (IDG)
• Formulate and implement strategies for Agriculture, Commercial & SME, Microfinance & Special Initiative, and Corporate Social Responsibility
• Oversee the performance and growth of all IDG Divisions
• Supervise and guide Divisional Heads in business planning and product development
• Review and recommend credit proposals for approval
• Monitor and support growth in Agriculture, SME, and Commercial Financing
