• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide guidance and handle patient complaints
• Understanding of continuous quality improvement methodologies (e.g., FOCUS PDCA, FMEA, 6 Sigma)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing and maintaining quality management systems
• Conduct patient safety walk-rounds and report on clinical practices
• Work with clinical indicators and data warehouse/balanced scorecard
• Assist in implementing performance metrics and quality indicators
• Facilitate JCIA related initiatives and staff training
• Provide guidance to patients and attendants, and handle complaints
• Manage incident reporting into the database and analyze trends
• Analyze data related to patient outcomes and safety incidents
• Investigate sentinel events and perform root cause analysis
• Assist in training staff on quality improvement initiatives
• Develop and implement strategies to improve patient convenience
• Review and investigate mortality and morbidity rates
• Analyze and report on the effectiveness of quality initiatives
• Perform reviews using approved Indicators Monitoring System (IMS) databases
• Ensure hospital-wide compliance with regulatory bodies and standards
• Develop, maintain, analyze, and report on patient medical record audits
• Perform other assigned tasks commensurate with knowledge and skills
