Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting and coordinating SHCC/PHC registrations and Accreditations
- Prepare PCP sites and train the respective staff as per the quality standards
- Support the Assistant Manager in implementing Continuous Quality Improvement Initiatives, including Quality Management System
- Attend Quality Improvement Committee meetings in assigned clinical area(s)
- Assist in developing Quality Improvement Plans
- Manage the Patient Safety Walk rounds Program, involving analyzing and reporting on clinical practices, processes, error reporting, and the environment from the perspective of patient safety
- Conduct Sentinel Events and Root Cause analysis as per Sentinel Events Guidelines
- Review and investigate Mortality & Morbidity cases and prepare the case report
- Manage and address patients’ complaints and patient experience surveys across the PCP sites
- Analyze, report, and review the effectiveness of various initiatives and recommend and implement further improvements (Continuous Improvement Cycle)
- Participate in Site Visits to the PCP sites to work with staff on quality management activities
- Perform retrospective or concurrent reviews on assigned PCP sites as per their quality indicators
- Assist in Coordinating Quality Management Activities with IHHN Directorates as assigned by the Head of Department to maximize staff expertise in the area of Quality Management
- Assist in preparation of monthly and quarterly reports regarding the Quality Management Program and compliance with same for all assigned PCP facilities
- Provide day-to-day operational support and perform other job-related duties as required
